Description
The role manages corporate and industrial security operations across rigs and corporate facilities, including security policy development, vendor oversight, access control, guard deployment, emergency protocols, incident reporting, law-enforcement coordination, and security reporting. It supervises both internal and contracted security teams, supports investigations, and recommends physical-security improvements. The position requires regular presence on rigs and in field locations in addition to office work, along with at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field, and CSM or equivalent certification.
