NXP is hiring a Security Manager to lead security operations across four Austin-area locations, including corporate headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and a test laboratory. The role manages security personnel and contract providers, conducts risk assessments and investigations, oversees physical security systems, leads crisis response and business continuity, supports executive stakeholders, and manages budgets and security projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of progressive security-related experience, leadership experience, and familiarity with investigations, risk assessment, and physical security technologies.
