Description
The Security Manager will oversee security operations at Busch Gardens, directing security officers, law enforcement officers, special events staff, and security dignitaries. Responsibilities include developing security policies, investigating breaches, responding to emergencies, coordinating security activities, training staff, conducting investigations and court presentations, and maintaining partnerships with law enforcement. The role requires prior military, law enforcement, or security experience, loss prevention and investigative experience, at least three years of supervisory or management experience in a theme park, entertainment, hospitality, or guest-services industry, CPR/AED and First Aid certification, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation is USD 60,000–80,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
