Description
The Site Security Manager leads the strategic and tactical security operations of a manufacturing or high-tech site, combining digital transformation, predictive analytics, risk architecture, crisis leadership, business continuity, executive protection, and compliance. The role oversees security personnel and third-party vendors, manages security budgets, and drives technology adoption through Genetec and other enterprise security platforms. It requires a bachelor’s degree in security management, business, or a related field, at least five years of security management experience, and proficiency with Lenel and Genetec; professional certifications and business continuity experience are preferred.
