Westhab is hiring a Security Manager in Bronx, New York to maintain the safety and security of a family shelter serving clients and staff. Reporting to the Program Director, the role supervises Shift Supervisors and Security Officers, oversees client rooms and property, conducts facility inspections and searches, supports emergency and fire-drill operations, maintains security records, and assists with staff selection and training. The position requires a New York State Security Guard license and F80, a high school diploma, at least three years of related security experience, supervisory experience, and demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, crisis management, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems.
