Texas Instruments is hiring a Security Manager to lead the administrative supervision and operational leadership of its physical security organization. The role oversees security operations, contract guard forces, security policies and procedures, risk assessments, emergency response, security infrastructure and technology projects, vendors, compliance, metrics, and executive reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree, four years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military, two years managing contract guard services and third-party vendors, and experience leading security projects, investigations, incident response, and standard operating procedures. The position does not offer visa sponsorship.
