RMS Orlando is hiring a Security Manager to serve as the Facility Security Officer and lead the Orlando collateral security program. The role reports to the Senior Security Manager and Site Security Lead, oversees security professionals, manages the Guard Services Contract, crisis management, laboratory and arms inspections, compliance audits, Basis of Estimates, and customer interfaces, and supports site visits and complex facility operations. Candidates need experience with large DCSA Category B or higher facilities, DCSA/CFR, AAE, UL, guard-force oversight, budgets, program lifecycles, and Direct Commercial Sale principles; FSO/AFSO experience, a related master’s degree, and team-management experience are desired. The position offers a full-time salary of $109,700 to $203,700 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
