Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Site Security Manager / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, to lead security operations for the F-35 sustainment program. The role manages a workforce of more than 30 security professionals, oversees personnel, operational, physical, and security education functions, leads site activation and accreditation, develops security policies, coordinates escorts and access control, supports inspections and incident investigations, and manages stakeholder and budgetary relationships. Candidates must hold a Secret clearance with an investigation or CV date within five years, be able to obtain Top Secret clearance and SAP access, and have extensive special access program security experience; prior Lockheed Martin L-Code Manager experience and F-35 program security knowledge are desired. The salary range is $109,700 to $203,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
