Description
Regions Hospital is hiring a full-time Safety & Security Officer for a day shift. The role maintains a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff; resolves conflicts; partners with law enforcement and community partners; and performs routine patrols, report writing, video surveillance, investigative services, and other security duties. The officer may serve as a Security Lead as needed. Qualifications include two years of combined security, law enforcement, or military experience; two years of healthcare or fire/EMS experience; or two years of college or technical college coursework, plus a valid driver’s license, Basic Life Support certification within six months, and Basic IAHSS certification within six months.
