Description
Barbier Security Group is hiring a full-time and part-time Security Officer to patrol and monitor client sites in Marin County, including college campuses, shopping centers, homeless shelters, bus depots, and commercial buildings. The role involves incident response, equipment handling, situational awareness, conflict de-escalation, emergency preparedness, reporting, and maintaining professional conduct. Candidates must be at least 18, eligible to work in the United States, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current California Guard Card License, a valid driver's license and clean driving record where applicable, reliable transportation, basic computer and smartphone skills, English proficiency, and at least one year of security, mobile patrol, or event-staff experience. Compensation is $23.50–$26.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and other benefits.
