Halfords is hiring a full-time Security Officer for its Coventry Distribution Centre. The role controls site access, monitors CCTV, manages keyholder duties and alarms, conducts patrols, responds to incidents and emergencies, investigates theft, supports contractor oversight and fire safety, and coordinates with emergency services. It requires a reliable, proactive, observant, and communication-skilled individual, with a 48-hour-per-week schedule over a three-week rotation and occasional additional shifts or on-call duties.
