The Los Angeles LGBT Center is hiring a non-exempt, union Security Officer in the Facilities Department to maintain a safe and secure environment across the Center’s Los Angeles-area locations. The role involves hourly patrols, incident response, enforcing policies, escorting disruptive individuals, securing buildings after closing, and completing reports and logs. The position works Thursday through Monday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., includes shift differentials for certain hours, and offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability insurance, an employee assistance program, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
