Description
The Los Angeles LGBT Center is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Union Security Officer for its Facilities Department in Los Angeles. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across the Center’s multiple locations through patrols, incident response, building checks, access control, reporting, and coordination with supervisors and law enforcement. The position requires at least one year of security guard experience, a California Guard Card, availability for rotating weekend shifts, and the ability to interact firmly and respectfully with unruly individuals; preferred qualifications include bilingual Spanish/English, CPR certification, and LGBT community experience.
