Mayo Clinic is hiring a part-time Global Security Officer to provide customer service and a professional security presence across its property and security-sensitive areas. The role involves patrolling, responding to service calls and complaints, preparing incident reports, operating security control centers, managing altercations and emergencies, assisting with evacuations, and using a two-way radio and security vehicle as needed. The position requires a high school degree or GED, prior security or customer-service experience, a valid driver's license, and IAHSS Healthcare Security Officer certification within six months. Compensation is $21.91 to $29.60 per hour, with shifts varying between days, evenings, and overnights, including weekends and holidays.
