Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Security Officer for the Texas Civil Commitment Center in Littlefield, Texas. The role pays $16 per hour and includes a 12-hour 7-to-7 shift, day and night shifts, a 5-on-2-off schedule, and 60-hour work weeks. Duties include facility security, contraband searches, client supervision, transport, restraint and use-of-force procedures, emergency response, recordkeeping, and support of facility operations. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record; post-hire training and TCCO security clearance are also required.
