Basic computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skilled in and proficient with verbal de-escalation techniques.
Strong verbal communication skills for positive interaction with staff and customers.
Strong written communication skills to produce detailed incident reports.
Able to read, write, and comprehend various written reports and documents.
