Description
The Security Manager will support the overall governance of physical, logical, and organizational security at the Catania Hub, including risk assessment, security planning and budgeting, compliance, infrastructure supervision, vendor management, audits, crisis management, business continuity, and incident reporting. The role requires at least 2–3 years of certified security-sector experience, knowledge of physical security technologies and relevant standards, strong Italian and English skills, and the ability to lead internal and outsourced security teams. The expected gross annual salary is €36,000–€45,000 RAL plus variable pay.
