Description
The Security Officer protects guests, employees, and property in a hotel and casino environment through patrols, emergency response, incident documentation, loss prevention, gaming-law compliance, and guest service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years of age, fluent English, strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer literacy, and completion of on-site training. Preferred prior experience includes security, law enforcement, or military service. Required work cards include First Aid/CPR/AED certification, a valid Nevada Gaming License, a valid Nevada Driver’s License, and a current Alcohol Awareness Card. The position involves continuous walking, standing, physical exertion, and the ability to respond rapidly to incidents.
