Description
The Los Angeles LGBT Center is hiring a full-time Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment across its facilities. The role monitors access control and security systems, dispatches security personnel, responds to emergencies, investigates incidents, maintains records, and coordinates with law enforcement and other security partners. The position requires a California Guard Card, dispatcher certification, security-system familiarity, and availability for rotating shifts and weekends; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, an employee assistance program, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
