Description
UC Health is hiring a Security Officer to protect associates, patients, visitors, buildings, grounds, and vehicles at its facilities. The role patrols property, responds to alarms and radio calls, investigates incidents, enforces policies and applicable laws, conducts safety and fire-system inspections, and assists with property, medical, and other facility duties. The position requires at least two years of law enforcement, public safety, security, or military police experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and IAHSS security officer certification within 12 months; an associate degree in criminal justice or security management and Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy or other state-certified training are preferred.
