Securitas is hiring several full-time Security Officers for a client in Finsterwalde, starting March 1, 2027. The role involves indoor and outdoor patrols, screening visitors and items, escorting people, operating access control systems, monitoring CCTV, documenting incidents, and assisting with evacuations. The position requires a German security instruction course, a clean police record, strong German, PC and software skills, and willingness to undergo reliability checks; English, first aid, a driver’s license, and customer-oriented experience are advantageous. The schedule consists of 173 hours per month in 12-hour shifts, with benefits including above-standard pay, pension contributions, accident insurance, and free workwear.
