Management & Training Corporation is hiring a Security Officer for the Texas Civil Commitment Center in Littlefield, Texas. The role pays $16 per hour and requires on-call availability for 12-hour 7-to-7 shifts. Duties include facility security, contraband searches, client supervision, transport, restraint and use-of-force procedures, emergency response, recordkeeping, and support across facility areas. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, hold a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and complete required pre-service and annual training while maintaining a TCCO security clearance.
