Description
The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment at the Medical Center by monitoring patient and staff areas, investigating crimes and traffic accidents, assisting visitors and staff, supervising loading-dock traffic, scheduling dock time for special events, maintaining vehicle logs, escorting administrative staff, and reviewing the Health & Fitness Center camera system. The role is PRN and as needed, and requires SLED firearms qualification and certification, a psychological evaluation, a half-mile run, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
