HYDAC is hiring an in-office SOC Analyst in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, reporting to a global SOC Team Lead in Germany. The role focuses on triaging and categorizing security events, collecting and preparing data, forensic investigation, incident response, threat hunting with Elastic, coordination with internal and external teams, and improving security processes. Candidates need a degree in computer science, IT security, engineering, or comparable professional experience, at least one year of SOC experience, and familiarity with network security, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management; Python or PowerShell skills are a plus. The position includes a yearly visit to HYDAC Germany and possible additional travel, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
