G-Research is hiring an Operational Analyst for its Security Operations team to track and follow up on security activities, coordinate work across engineering, delivery, service owners, and control owners, monitor risks and delays, maintain risk registers, support security processes and workflows, produce stakeholder reports, and identify improvements to security work tracking. The role requires security and risk-management knowledge, strong organisational and communication skills, experience in a technology operations or analyst role, and familiarity with workflow tools such as Jira or Confluence.
