Description
Huntress is hiring a remote SOC Analyst in Australia to triage, investigate, respond to, and remediate cybersecurity alerts; analyze EDR, SIEM, log, and forensic data; perform malware analysis; investigate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace incidents; and support detection engineering, incident response, threat hunting, and customer escalations. The role requires at least two years of experience in SOC, incident response, managed detection and response, or digital forensics, along with knowledge of operating systems, networking, Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat actor techniques. The position offers a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000 AUD plus bonus and equity, with three Australian shift options and fully remote work.
