ECI is hiring an onsite Security Operations Center Analyst to analyze and respond to network security events, conduct threat-actor-based investigations, direct detection methodology, and provide first-level support to incident response and monitoring functions. The role includes proactive threat monitoring, SIEM and EDR analysis, email analysis, incident triage, documentation, and collaboration with business, technology, customer, and vendor stakeholders. Candidates should have 1–3 years of IT experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, and knowledge of security tools and ITIL practices; the role involves 24/7 operations.
