Bealls Inc. is hiring a Security Operations Center Operator for a second shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Bradenton, Florida. The role monitors live CCTV activity, identifies theft and fraud, communicates with store teams and loss-prevention partners, escalates incidents to law enforcement when necessary, documents cases, and supports store operations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, effective verbal and written communication, multitasking and sustained focus, sound decision-making under pressure, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
