Description
Guardteck is hiring a Security Operations Centre Operator to monitor CCTV, access control, fire and life safety systems, and other security platforms; receive, prioritize, and dispatch security personnel; coordinate emergency responses; maintain incident and dispatch records; support access control and customer service; and work a continental rotation including days, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays. The role requires a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence, 1–2 years of security experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to remain calm during emergencies.
