Description
Longwood Gardens is hiring a Security Operations Command Center (SOCC) Operator to serve as the primary dispatch and communications resource for its Public Safety & Security team. The role handles emergency calls and radio communications, dispatches personnel, monitors security systems, broadcasts alerts, maintains incident records, tracks staffing and key control, and supports emergency response operations. It is a 24-hour, 7-day position with rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
