PA Consulting is hiring a Security Operations Manager to lead SOC analysts and incident response specialists while managing live cyber incidents and advising enterprise and public sector clients on security operations. The role covers SOC and incident response leadership, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat detection, cloud security, playbooks, and operational improvements, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least two days per week in the office or at a client site. Candidates need SOC or incident response leadership experience, practical incident-response experience, experience with major SIEM/SOAR and EDR/XDR tools, and knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, NCSC Caf v4.0, and ISO 27001.
