Capco is seeking a Poland-based Security Operations Engineer to support the expansion of a strategic security program focused on onboarding critical applications into enhanced monitoring capabilities. The role involves designing and optimizing Microsoft Sentinel detection rules, testing and automating detection logic, gathering logging requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting threat models and validation results, and supporting SOC, engineering, and red-team collaboration. The position requires SIEM expertise, detection engineering, scripting and automation, cloud and infrastructure knowledge, and strong English communication skills, and is offered through a flexible B2B contract.
