Description
Microsoft is hiring a Security Operations Engineer to support cloud, on-premises, and hybrid cybersecurity operations for services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure. The role leads incident investigations, monitors and responds to security alerts, performs threat hunting, develops detection rules and playbooks, and automates security operations using SOAR, PowerShell, Python, KQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. The position offers flexible work from home, requires at least three years of relevant cybersecurity experience or an applicable bachelor’s degree, and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
