Description
Beam is hiring a Security Operations Lead to run security operations across six deployments in four regions. The role owns detection and response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, cloud security posture, platform control assurance, incident readiness, AI threat modelling, adversarial testing, third-party assessments, and security reporting. The lead reports to the Chief Information Risk Officer, supports security incidents, and must be comfortable with GCP and Kubernetes, audited controls, and influencing engineering teams. Compensation is £90,000–£100,000 base salary plus equity and benefits.
