Mend is hiring a hands-on Security Operations Lead to oversee security operations across its cloud infrastructure, product, compliance, and customer-facing activities. The role covers risk assessment, SIEM/SOC monitoring, WAF, CSPM, access reviews, encryption, secrets management, vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, customer security activities, audits and certifications, third-party assessments, security governance, and security tooling and automation. Candidates should have experience in security operations, cloud security, product security, or a similar role, along with hands-on experience with cloud security technologies, vulnerability management, incident response, SIEM, WAF, CSPM, and IAM, as well as familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO security frameworks.
