MANTECH is seeking a full-time Security Operations Manager to support a Department of Homeland Security customer in Chandler, Arizona. The role manages day-to-day security operations and incident response, coordinates government leadership and contractor project leads, ensures compliance with the Cybersecurity Service Provider ESM framework, develops SOPs and playbooks, and monitors team performance against budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of project management experience, CISSP or PMP certification, an active Secret clearance, SCI eligibility, and ICE Entry on Duty suitability. The projected compensation range is $148,200 to $263,000, with health insurance and other benefits available.
