Amazon is hiring a Security Operations Manager for its Worldwide Operations Security Global Security Operations Center. The role leads 24/7 shift operations, triage and escalation of critical security and operational incidents, executive briefings, SLA performance, incident response coordination, team leadership and coaching, risk monitoring, and post-incident improvement. The position requires shift work including night and weekend shifts and demands at least seven years of workplace risk investigation experience, direct-report management experience, technology-enabled process improvement experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
