Description
The role develops and implements security strategies for Township Development and Real Estate projects, oversees security measures and compliance, conducts risk assessments, manages security personnel and resources, coordinates with stakeholders and law enforcement, enforces security policies, investigates incidents, and monitors emerging threats. It requires at least 15 years of Real Estate industry experience, security-management expertise, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and ethical skills; CPP certification is preferred.
