Description
MTR Corporation is hiring a security operations supervisor to lead and monitor security personnel, maintain operational readiness, manage security risks through the Proactive Security Management System, train operational security staff, coordinate with stakeholders and external partners, oversee rosters and uniforms, audit outsourced security providers, and support safety management system improvements. The role requires a relevant matriculation-level qualification or equivalent, relevant disciplined-services or commercial-security experience, supervisory experience, specified security permits and safety training, and knowledge of security, fire safety, risk management, and criminal law.
