Description
SpaceX is hiring a Security Operator to provide the first impression of its security requirements and to welcome, assist, and inform employees, customers, vendors, and guests at its facilities. The role manages special events and visits, enforces access control, escort, and tour procedures, responds to incidents and emergencies, monitors surveillance, prepares incident reports, reports facility and technology issues, and coordinates with security leadership and other departments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of customer service or facility security experience, availability for varied schedules, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for a state security officer license; military, law enforcement, security, communication, de-escalation, and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.
