Castlery is hiring a Security Ops Engineer to lead proactive cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, vulnerability and threat management, incident response, risk assessments, security assessments, awareness initiatives, and data privacy compliance checks. The role collaborates across teams to remediate risks, strengthen security posture, and mentor junior team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of information security experience, strong security operations and governance knowledge, and strong communication skills; CISSP or CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst certification is advantageous.
