AWS DC Security is hiring a Security Program Manager to oversee the design, deployment, maintenance, compliance, testing, and operational readiness of physical security systems—including access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and barriers—across data centers and support facilities in the Thames Valley region. The role is an individual-contributor position with approximately 50% daytime travel, requiring UK nationality, a UK Government Security Clearance, a full UK driving licence, and substantial experience in physical security systems, security operations, vendor management, project execution, and technical documentation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience designing and implementing access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV surveillance systems
Experience overseeing security operations and working with security vendors and contractors
Experience as a general contractor and managing vendor procurement, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFIs
Experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications or writing technical procedures and engineering documents
Experience communicating complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in data centers or critical infrastructure
Knowledge of access control, network security, application security, security architecture, cryptography, or operations security
Experience in application security architecture, security testing, incident response, or security infrastructure
CISSP, CISA, CISM, or another security certification
PMP certification or project management experience
