Description
AWS is hiring a Security Program Manager to build and improve project-management and project-planning processes and manage the lifecycle of data-center physical security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance. The role partners with infrastructure, physical security, operations, construction, facilities engineering, cabling, finance, procurement, customers, and other stakeholders; drives process and program improvements; manages vendor contracts; tracks metrics; and reports progress. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management experience, three years of cross-functional experience with technical and non-technical teams, and experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvements.
