Lockheed Martin is hiring an alternate Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer/Security Representative to support Enterprise Operations Advanced Programs in Orlando, Florida. The role administers CAP/SAP nomination and document-control processes, supports SETA and security inspections, investigates violations, maintains security logs, escorts uncleared personnel, and delivers security training. It requires an active Top Secret clearance, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and knowledge of federal security regulations and SAP/SCI environments. The position follows a Monday–Thursday 4×10 schedule with occasional after-hours, night, weekend, and on-site work, and offers a full-time salary range of $49,500 to $91,900 plus benefits.
