Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Contractor Security Officer to support multiple programs at the Stratford and Bridgeport, Connecticut locations. The role enforces DoDM5205.07 and ICD-705 requirements and handles personnel and physical security, media and document control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness, self-inspections, and security education. The position requires a final Secret clearance current within five years, SAP access, familiarity with classified environments, and experience in industrial security or SAPs; it is first shift and may occasionally require extended or modified work. The salary range is $67,400 to $125,200, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
