Description
The Contractor Program Security Officer develops, administers, audits, and supports government and corporate security programs involving classified material, export-controlled data, SAP, SCI, and DOD collateral programs. The role prepares security manuals and procedures, supports contract execution and security rulings, manages program quality, schedule, and cost expectations, conducts security education, investigates violations, processes clearances and customer visits, and supports classified meetings. It requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, security-strategy and team-management experience, and customer and vulnerability-assessment experience. The full-time salary range is $67,400 to $125,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
