Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Program Security Officer to support F-35 security operations at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The role performs site security operations, SAP security administration, classified-material management, access control, security training, incident reporting, inspections, and audits in compliance with DoD and government regulations. The position may require first-, second-, or third-shift work, weekends, and possible travel, and may require a Top-Secret clearance in the future. Candidates must have a current security clearance investigation within five years, SAP access, classified-environment experience, and strong communication skills; SAP, military, F-35, training, and AI-prompting experience are desired. The salary range is $59,900 to $111,300, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
