Description
The Contractor Program Security Officer / Contractor Special Security Officer develops, administers, audits, and implements security programs for classified and export-controlled materials, including SAP, SCI, and DOD collateral programs. The role supports contract execution, security rulings, access control, personnel and visitor clearances, classified meetings, security education, violation investigations, and risk-based security recommendations. It requires a Secret clearance with an investigation or Continuous Vetting date within five years, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience supporting SAP or SCI classified programs; a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of CPSO/CSSO experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $72,500 to $134,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
