Titan Security is hiring Security Response / Flex Officers to work at various locations throughout the Metro Detroit area. The role offers a flexible schedule with no set hours and requires open availability, including days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends. Responsibilities include foot and vehicle patrols, property security, monitoring security technology, writing incident reports, responding to emergencies, enforcing client policies, and providing customer service. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass drug screening and a criminal background check; previous security experience is preferred. Compensation is up to $16.25 per hour, with paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and training benefits.
