The role involves proactive security monitoring, incident response, customer service, and maintaining detailed security, accident, and incident records. Applicants must hold a current SIA Door Supervision license, a full clean UK driving licence for a manual car, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
